1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Panjab Flooring website and any quotations, supply, fitting, or related services provided by us.

By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of pricing.
  • Quotes may need to be revised if measurements, subfloor condition, access requirements, or product selections change.
  • Unless stated otherwise, quotations are subject to product availability and confirmation of final installation details.

3. Orders and Scheduling

  • Work is only confirmed once we agree the scope, price, and proposed schedule.
  • Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by material lead times, site readiness, weather, or factors outside our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if schedules need to change.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property, room sizes, and access restrictions
  • Ensure the work area is reasonably clear and accessible unless removal or preparation has been separately agreed
  • Inform us in advance of any known site conditions, moisture issues, uneven subfloors, or third-party works that may affect installation
  • Check product selections, colours, and quantities before installation begins

5. Materials and Product Variation

Natural and manufactured flooring products can vary slightly in shade, texture, pattern, and finish from samples, brochures, and online images. Minor variation is not treated as a defect where the product remains within normal manufacturing tolerance.

6. Payment Terms

  • We may require a deposit before ordering materials or confirming installation dates.
  • Remaining balances are due in accordance with the invoice terms provided for the project.
  • Late payment may result in delays, suspension of work, or recovery action where necessary.

7. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or postpone a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Costs already incurred for ordered materials, deliveries, labour allocation, or other non-recoverable expenses may still be payable.

Requested changes to scope after acceptance may affect the quoted price and installation timeline.

8. Warranties and Aftercare

Any product warranty is subject to the relevant manufacturer terms. Our workmanship guarantee, where offered, applies only to the agreed installation work and does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, third-party interference, moisture issues, or structural movement.

Customers should follow all product care and cleaning guidance after installation.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability in relation to a service or order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that specific service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
